INCA-RDE (Real Driving Emissions) installation package

INCA-RDE allows the online evaluation of Real Driving Emissions data. It is an Add-On to INCA V7.5.x delivered with the INCA SP. It contains next to new features also some important bug fixes, see Release Notes and What's news slides. For INCA Versions 7.3.x, please use INCA-RDE V1.8.
